Return & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our plant-derived cannabinoid productsall sales are final and we do not accept returns.

However, we understand that issues may occasionally occur during fulfillment or transit. Refunds or replacements may be issued at our sole discretion only in the following limited circumstances:

  • The product arrives damaged

  • The incorrect item was shipped

  • The order is lost in transit and confirmed by the carrier

To be eligible for review, customers must contact us at support@thegreendoor.co within 7 days of delivery and provide:

  • Order number

  • Clear photo or video documentation (if applicable)

Requests submitted after 7 days of delivery will not be considered.


Additional Conditions

  • Opened or used products are not eligible for refunds or replacements

  • We do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse, dissatisfaction with flavor, effects, or personal preference

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Approved refunds, if any, will be issued to the original payment method only
